Smart Choice Renovations was founded in 2015 on a simple idea: renovations should be done with the same care a craftsman gives their own home. A decade and hundreds of projects later, that's still how we work.
Our story
A decade of doing it right.
We started in a single garage with a pickup truck and a conviction that homeowners deserved better than the contractor stereotypes — disappearing crews, surprise invoices, half-finished work.
Today we run an in-house team of carpenters, tile setters, project managers, and finish specialists. Every project gets a dedicated PM, a fixed-scope contract, and the same hands from demo day to handoff.
When we say "Make the Smart Choice," we mean it: choose the crew that's still going to be here in ten years to honor the warranty.

We meet at your home for a free, no-pressure walkthrough. We listen, take measurements, and discuss budget honestly.

Design & Quote
Detailed plans, finish boards, and a fixed-scope quote. You'll know exactly what's included before signing anything.

Build
Daily updates from your project manager, a clean and protected job site, and a single point of contact throughout.

Handoff
Final walkthrough, warranty paperwork, and a 30-day check-in. We're not done until you're delighted.
